Business plans capacity building training for female and male youth entrepreneurs

This activity is planned under The OBADER project (“I Initiate” in Arabic) or “Women and Youth Entrepreneurs Leading Change”, which is implemented over a 4-year period (2018-2022) by CARE International in West Bank and Gaza and funded by the Government of Canada (GAC) , in partnership with the Business Women’s Forum (BWF), Birzeit University’s Centre for Continuing Education (CCE), Save Youth Future Society (SYFS), and the Small Enterprise Centre (SEC). OBADER is planning to enhance the economic empowerment and increase the prosperity of low-income women and female and male youth entrepreneurs in central (including Nablus) and south of West Bank and Gaza (WBG).
Building on the entrepreneurial potential of women and youth in Gaza Strip , Small Enterprise Center Association (SEC) and CARE International in Palestine (West Bank/ Gaza) are aiming to improve their capacity through the implementation of business plan building training , including business skills and modeling/ concepts, profitability, feasibility, sustainability and championing change in gendered business norms, and consequently developing business plans for targeted female and male youth entrepreneurs. Training will be conducted using Competency Based Economic Formation of Enterprises (CEFE) methodology by SEC specialized and professional business development specialists.
